About Killingworth . . .

This new 7-site cul-de-sac on Grouse Court is situated in the prestigious 42-lot neighborhood of Blueberry Hill Reserve. The setting is surrounded completely by water company property and state forest. This new cul-de-sac will be the last 7 lots developed in Blueberry Hill Reserve in Killingworth.

Known for its fine schools, this lovely New England town offers you the opportunity to live and relax in a rural community like no others. Killingworth provides easy access to a multitude of recreational activities for you and your family to enjoy. There is boating, swimming, horseback riding, hiking at Cockaponset Forest and Chatfield Hollow, and premium outlet shopping at Clinton Crossing and at the Westbrook Factory Outlet shops. If golf and fine restaurants are high on your list, these too are minutes away.

There is wonderful local theater at the Goodspeed Opera House and the Ivoryton Playhouse plus a fine array of galleries and boutiques to browse in Chester. Quaint country fairs, town picnics and a great sense of community spirit . . . all make Killingworth a special place to call home.

Blueberry Hill Reserve in Killingworth is the ideal location for those commuting to Hartford, New Haven, and New London via Interstates 95 and 91.
